My name is Dreamfarer, and roleplay is nothing new to me as I've done it for a couple years now. However it soon got extremely slow due to either being dropped or even flat out ignored at times. I'm hoping to get back to role-playing since it was a fun hobby of mine and found this site.
I love fantasy, and think the just the home page of this site was enough to draw me in. I have one character created at the moment and will add more soon.

Hello DreamFarer! I'm glad you like the genre jumble--that's the bunch of characters that's on the main page when you're logged out. Did you know that each of the characters in the jumble was drawn by our players? We have a contest every year during Epic Week (our birthday celebration, which takes place in late April) to see what the jumble for the next year is. Here was the forum topic for the 2018 jumble entries, if you're curious. (I did the big tree/plant guy this year. )

There is a TON of fantasy here on RPR! I suggest using our RP finder tool--click on "Find RP" in the toolbar above, then click "join RP." Then you can adjust the "magic" slider to include more magic, which will give you RPs with more fantastical themes. Here's a helpful article about using the RP finder. And if you don't find anything that suits your fancy, you can post your own topic using the same tool by clicking "Propose a game!"

Hi Dreamfarer and welcome the RPR! Loads of Fantasy lovers here, so I am certain you will have to trouble finding tons of people to talk to, plot & write with too!

If you are eager and wanting to dive right in to finding other people to write with, or perhaps submitting your own ideas for other people to see, check out the LFRP forum!

I know a new site can sometimes be a tad overwhelming, but have no fear! The community here at RPR is pretty darn friendly, so if you have any questions about navigating or how to do something, don't be shy and post a thread with your question in the Help forum. Heck, you might even see that your question has already been answered.
