There has been talk that a new triad gang has come to Chinatown. Much unlike normal upstart gangs, this one is already an established gang which started in China and has branched out to the United States. The name of this particular gang of triads is the Jianghu of Foshan. The head of this criminal organisation is a young man who is barely legally an adult. His name is Zhao Ti.
There has been talk in Chinatown that the head of the Jianghu of Foshan has decided to make a personal appearance in the United States to ensure that this expansion of territory runs smoothly. This would be a matter normally left to the police if not for the peculiar means by which this gang deals with rival triads and even police officers. Unlike normal gang warfare, only one side in every battle has used actual firearms, and it is not the Jianghu of Foshan. Each of the organisation's victims seem to have died as if beaten in melee combat, though most of them were equipped with weapons which had been discharged.
This has lead to talk as to whether or not the Jianghu of Foshan are all entirely human, or whether or not they possess special abilities. It is said that the leader of the organisation spent the first eighteen years of his life studying martial arts in Kunyu Mountains, though it is highly doubtful that one martial artist could be capable of taking out several armed assailants.
