"Durga" is a sci-fi character I've had a hard time finding RPs for and she needs some love. The reason she doesn't fit into most sci-fi RP is that she is severely mentally disabled. She can barely speak and only understands small words. She may as well be an animal.

If you RP with her, expect both extreme violence and gore as well as slice-of-life "fluffy" moments.

I have only three starters in mind and I'm very open to plot suggestions even if you aren't looking to RP with her.

1. She is a test subject in a lab and y/c has a hand in freeing her.
2. She escaped on her own and in avoiding capture and looking for a home, she is found by y/c.
3. Y/c is hunting her for whatever reason. Maybe y/c wants to kill her or capture her alive. This one is much more short-term.

This guy has a sci-fi version (originally designed to work with Overwatch mechanics). He would love to have a new friend, and wouldn't even mind the flesh-rending claws all that much either!

I also have Kori Kouga, also with a sci-fi version, but her story would be a lot less fluffy and nice...

I'll be honest, I cringed a little bit when I saw the Pokémon trainer pic but the more I thought about it, the more I realized Durga might as well be treated like the Pikachu to your Ash... or The Iron Giant to your Hogarth but that's neither here nor there. If you're going by version 2 on her character page, she even comes with her own evolutions in a way.

Do you have anything in mind for plot beyond one of the starters above?

I don't have much off the top of my head. Maybe we could discuss more in the PMs?

I feel like Regis would be a good fit and scenario 2 seemed interesting to me.
