Alright, here we go, I guess.
Hi! I'm new here, but not new to RP. In fact, I'm kind of a veteran, I just passed the 9 year mark and all I can say is... dang, the culture has come far!
I've trampled across all kinds of websites and platforms, I saw the rise and fall of YouTube roleplay before and after it was bought by Google, I've been on VampireFreaks, Livejournal, Tumblr, Instagram, Roleplayer.me, Roleplay.me, and all kinds of other places... and it seems my RP journey has led me here. I recently stopped using Roleplay.me due to the decline in quality and diversity. Every other character is just an aesthetic competition, or a battle to out-twink the last twink, hahah...
But I'm just not into that. I've come here to develop LONG TERM plots, hopefully some that will last years and create long lasting friends OOC.
I don't have many rules other than the obvious: No godmodding characters, no minors, be patient with me because I work full time, be respectful, don't be any kind of bigot, no OOC drama, and no rape, incest, vomit or scat fetishes!!
My main character is not an OC, but my own interpretation of the frontman of the musical project IAMX, Chris Corner. Some of you, if you're old enough, may also know him from his band Sneaker Pimps back in the mid to late 90's. I take pride in being the only Chris Corner roleplayer on the internet that I know of, so if you see profiles of him online elsewhere, chances are it's me!
When it comes to length... I am a very versatile person! One paragraph at the least, but I can also write 2k word novels if you're willing to wait a few days in between each reply haha. I promise I'm literate and I am OBSESSED with creating good imagery. Romance, action, crime, and horror are my favorite genres, but I am always open to hearing people's plots and ideas... Who knows! You might sway me away from the norm!
I'm kind of friendly after you get to know me. I love to talk about music, memes, and how much I hate my job so if we can somehow relate, perhaps our characters may get along as well!
