Oooh boy...
My oldest character, Nathaniel Tynian has had one hell of a life, and that's left a few psychological scars. The most relevant is his Hydrophobia - the fear of water. When he was young (Near the age of fifty; his species lives a looong time) he was forced to jump into a freezing cold river from the top of a very tall tower to escape being killed by a group of assassins, which almost killed him. A few minutes prior to this he had just witnessed said assassins decapitated his father and he'd become separated from his lover/best friend during the ensuing chaos. A few days after this, he was brought around by some villagers who had rescued him as they were evacuating the village, he then receives news that the rest of his family is dead or missing, the enemy army are advancing on the city and the Royal Army are preparing a desperate last stand to allow the civilians to flee, he returns to the city only to find it in flames and the enemy within the gates, the army routed and the population being massacred.
After all that trauma, you'd have a few irrational fears too. This has also engendered a fear of loss and abandonment, not that he's ever likely to admit or acknowledge that.
Eian Sritar, as a young rather naive servant, has a slight fear/mistrust of foreigners. He hasn't travelled much beyond the city were he was raised and born, except that one trip to the Capital so he could be tested by the Elders like every other child in his country. He's not met many freignrs, but you hear all sorts of things about the barbarian nations beyond the mountains...
None of my other characters really have any fears; The Oracle is a gods-know how old prescient, Irah Anteres is a hardened pirate captain in command of one for the deadliest cruisers every to have terrorised the stars - he's the guy who makes merchants wet their beds at night, what's he got to be scared of except the Navy? Abhaidev is a eastern mystic who has abandoned all worldly attachments and there's really nothing you can do to him that scares him; beat him up? Each blow is Prada - Grace of God, steal his clothes? Eh, take his begging bowl too if you want it...

Get those filty eight-legged crawlers, which you call spiders, AWAY FROM ME!!!
Late in life, Catrin isn't really afraid of things in the normal sense of the word, which is actually a bit of a problem - here's an article about a similar IRL condition. She used to be afraid when she was relatively young, but it slowly faded away into a feeling of mild discomfort about something, on occasion.
Her biggest 'fear' is of someone destroying the multiverse - pretty much all the existing universes, which is something she knows could happen (in her world).

Hooboy!
Balzen is afraid of Very Little. He's very afraid of pain, though it's quite hard to hurt him unless you have electricity.
Celhart is afraid of a stunningly large variety of things. Most obvious would be ostrixes and raptors.
Erik is afraid of cages and crowds to the point of a moderate phobia.
Jake is very, very afraid of dying. And various things and characters that can kill him. Not too big on ants, either. He is also, much to his regret, afraid of his brother.
Joker might have fears, but he isn't letting on.
Kay is afraid of fire to the point of a severe phobia.
Tore is afraid of dark prime worshippers, wyrmmes and being hurt.
