Anybody else like cliche RPs like bad boy x good gal or love triangle RPs?
I've posted both, looking for ppl, but I never get any responses. I know it can take some time, but I feel like they're too cliche?

Guess I'm kinda in the middle on this one. I really love the dynamic of the badboy - good girl combination, especially if there's a massive world-clash as well, but I'm not much for pre-determined romances.
If they have the right chemistry then it's all good, but sometimes you just write the RP and they really don't work out as much more than friends.
I also love it when the two are in a situation in which they are both out of their depth, because it sort of forces them to really find a way to work together efficiently.

That is true. I do agree with that. A lot of times I find myself struggling to do a Roleplay because someone has a character that really isn't compatible with mine and it just dies.

For me that is one of the reasons romance is rarely if ever the focus of my plots. If the characters have others goals that they have to work towards, there's still enough to do while in the meantime they can develop whatever sort of bond works best between them.
I like cliche romances as long as the story is engaging and interesting for me.
I've had some of the best and some of the worst RPs in a cliche romance setting.
A big part of a successful romance for me comes down to the presentation. I need decent typing and the use of the space bar and paragraph return breaks. If it's all crammed together my eyes can't cope. That said, the content has to be engageing.

I like cliche romances sometimes. Sometimes I like things totally and completely not cliche. It depends on my mood. I think it remains relevant to respond to as long as you are enjoying it. As soon as you are not, it is no longer relevant.
I totally do, I don't even mind planning a romance ahead of time, but comes with a very large asterisk*
*I have to find the characters and their chemistry interesting, if the characters start to bore me I'm likely to not want to continue

I like those kinds of roleplays because there will always be drama! Everyone likes some good drama, right? Anyway, maybe we can roleplay if you like
I do very little romance but I do love lust romance sex smut if I'm in the mood. Most of my characters are armed pissed off women with scores to settle and bountys to catch. It's hard to accept roses while being one of my women characters.
