We are two best friends, and are rarely seen without one another; teachers confuse us as siblings and as far as our parents are concerned, we might as well be actual siblings in our past lives with how close we are.

However, time passed, we began finding other things that interests us, other people and other groups of friends- we don’t see each other as much anymore. Life got busy, simply, there are things to do and people to meet, exams to sit for and bills to pay- and before we knew it, it has already been years.

Can we become friends again, even after so long?

Genre/Themes: Friendship, slice-of-life, drama (maybe), romance (possible), character-development (yes, please)

Looking for...

A roleplayer interested in a short/long-term roleplay
Someone that's OK with a relaxed schedule. (I averageabout few replies a week, or once every week.)

Prefer modern-day roleplays, but open to other timeline except sci-fi.

Colleagues

“Everyone, please welcome M/C, who will be joining our team today!” Your manager smiled, looking around the office with an excited look on his face; you couldn’t fault him, your department is painfully lacking in manpower after five of your colleagues quit last month due to various personal reasons.

M/C’s eyes landed on you, and a flash of recognition lit in their eyes; you were confused at first, before your eyes widened when something just clicked.

“M/C?”

Dear Reader

You have been an avid reader of the author, (insert penname), for several years by now; and was undeniably excited when you caught wind that the elusive author is finally organising his first book signing event next week.

Regardless, you already have that day all planned out.

You have already imagined it all, planned it all our in your head; you would most probably get your book signed, meet other readers while at it, have lunch and return to work in much better spirits.

Yeah, you could already imagine what is going to happen on that day.

Babysitter

A baby is a blessing, a gift, a wonderful, precious being that you promised to yourself that you would treasure above anything else.

A baby is also the bane of your stock of coffee, a alarm clock that rings at 2 a’m in the morning and simply wouldn’t shut up till you solved whatever the issue and is the cause and perpetrator of the constant anxiety and worry if you are doing things correctly and do I have the time to finish my work on time?

Perhaps you should’ve looked into hiring a babysitter earlier.

Or perhaps it was the best choice to look for a sitter six months into caring for a baby.

After all, what are the chances of finding your once-best friend standing in front of your house to interview for the position as a babysitter?

Police Officer

A is a law enforcer, a police officer; wrongdoers must be put to justice and citizens are bound to abide the law, that was the basis of their mindset.

However, when they find their once-best friend standing on the opposite side of the law, their worldview was challenged; the small box of which they were content to hide themselves into, torn away.

Surely, their best friend wouldn’t have done this. Surely, it is just a trick of the light. A mistake-

Staring at the person, standing on the opposite side of the law, A begins to doubt if everything was as black-and-white as he had thought.
