Ace went down to meet her in her room. He cracked open her room door to see if she was ok. "Hello?"

Syn was still asleep. She had a breathing mask over her mouth and nose. She was off life support so that was a good thing.

(How do you mind rape someone anyway )

((Simple, have mind sex with them that isn't consensual, and it wouldn't hurt to hit them to make them stop mentally resisting ))

Acer went next to her bed and stood there staring at her. "A...." He stopped talking before he barely finished started his sentence, and started to bite his lip.

Shadow stirred very slightly but didn't wake. Her left hand twitched.

Acer sat down in a chair before a doctor came in and talked to him. The doctor left and a nurse came in a put something in the I.V. Acer sat down motionless until she would wake up.

(Are you really a psychic though?)

After an hour, Syn stirred. She opened her soft, earthy eyes and looked around. Her body hurt.

((I'm not telekinetic, but i can do shit ))

Acer involuntary used his blinding speed and got to her bedside before she finished opening her eyes. "Syn?"

(Lol. Well I pick fights and I'm a hard head )

Syn smiled softly as she looked up at him." Hey." She said softly, her voice muffled by the mask.

((I didn't know a bump o the head would be so dramatic ))

"Hey" Acer said looking at her seem weak.

(Depends on how hard she hit her head. In this instance, she cause a bit of internal bleeding which could kill anyone but luckily her body was able to heal a little at a time so it wasn't so much as an emergency.)

Syn winced as she tried to sit up and started to take off the mask.

Acer went to help her up before saying "How ya feeling?"

"Better. I don't feel as weak." Syn leaned against him without noticing.

Acer let out a sigh. "That's good, the doctor said you can leave tomorrow."

Syn smiled." I'm sorry I worried you. I was trying my best to heal myself but it just got worse."

Acer sat back down and waited for the time to pass as they talked. "So how did it feel? Letting a tree beat you up?" Acer said smiling.

Syn laughed." I didn't even know I hit my head that hard. Beside, you distracted me."

Acer smiled "If i recall, I saved you."

"I know." She smiled." And I am very grateful."

Acer stood up "You want something from the vending machine?"

"I'm fine for a while." She smiled.
