Acer smiled, since he was just showing off. "OK, looks like you're set," Acer said backing up to the waterfall's edge while facing Syn.

Syn watched him." What are you doing?"

"Come down here and find out," Acer said before falling back off the cliff, head first, down the waterfall. He put his hands together in to a backwards facing swan dive. He went down into the plunge pool, the current swept him aside and he came back up about ten feet from the actual fall. He waved to Syn. "COME ON DOWN!"

"You didn't have to yell so loud!" She yelled back. She jumped off the rock. She made a small splash when she landed in the water. She surfaced not far from him.

"How long can you hold your breath?" Acer said wiping some water off of his face.

"A while. Why?" She looked at him.

"Follow me," Acer said as he went underwater. He swam under the waterfall and kept swimming through what appeared to be an underwater tunnel.

Syn followed. She looked around and kept up.

Acer came up to a cave where the walls were incrusted with diamonds, and rubies, and all kinds of gems, and precious medals.

Syn blinked as she looked around. She never expected something like this to be here.

The floor beneath them started raising to dry land, like a beach. He walked onto the rock 'shore'. "One of my families sources of wealth." He smoothed out his hair, making water drip out.

Syn climbed out, coughing a little." Wow. I never expected that to be underneath here."

Acer's face went blank. "So, I hear healing herbs can get expensive. So as my gift to you, you can take anything you want. Well, assuming we can swim with it out of here," he said pointing to a sapphire as big as a truck.

Syn blinked before shaking her head." No way! I don't like when people give me free money. Besides, I grow most of my healing herbs."

Acer got closer to her. "I thought you might say that." Acer said before he transformed. The light went away and he was in his regular clothes, completely dry. He reached in his pocket revealing some herbs. He let them fall to the floor, crushed. "Whoops."

"What are you doing?" She seemed confused.

"These WERE from your garden," Acer said dropping more crushed herbs, "Allow me to repay you."

Syn grabbed his wrists, stopping him." Why? Why do you want me to take from you?"

Acer got quite. "Why not? It's not it's wrong, and we have extra? So why should i be greedy?"

"I don't deserve it. We're only friends, not lovers." She pulled away.
