I'm doing NaNoWriMo for a second year. Last year was my first year and I just finished the second draft of my book I got got the rough draft written of last year, this October. I put it to the side for the time being to spend this NaNoWriMo working on the rough draft of another book! It's all very exciting and I'd love to know if anyone on RPR is also taking part in the craziness of NaNo this month.

I'm currently at 6731 words and tomorrow is "Double Up Day" which means I get to try and double that word count in one day. I'm going to an in person NaNo Write-In tomorrow/later tonight (since I haven't slept yet.) from 6pm-9pm so I'll have 3 hours of doing word words/writing sprints and hanging out with awesome writers doing NaNoWriMo.

NaNoWriMo = National Novel Writing Month. Where crazy people like me and millions of others take the challenge of writing 50,000 words in the 30 days of November. 50,000 words is the minimum amount a book can be and be considered a novel.

I want to but want to finish my novel

I always go in with good intentions, and never get on with it. Maybe one day...

Yeah I feel you! Took me a hot bit to actually get myself in gear and do it for real last year but I will 100% that getting it done the first time makes the second time way easier.

Hahah thank you! This book ironically will probably have way more slow down time than the last one but that will make the action that much more interesting.
