“I’m okay,” she stated calmly. “Could be worse..” Skylar brought her knees to her chest and laid her head on her arms, that were resting in her knees. Not even a minute after she had said that though, she fell back asleep silently.

Ember shook her head in mock sadness as she continued to clean her weapon, letting out a small laugh at the situation.

Skylar continued to sleep for a long period of time.

Sorry, was at a movie night with my troop, watching Hidden Figures because we meet the author of the book in a few weeks))

Drew passed Skylar and Ember, glancing at them before continuing on his way. He had yet to meet Ember, but he doubted she wanted to meet him. He was just a parasite hiding away in their house.

((No worries))

Skylar eventually caught up on sleep, and felt great. She woke up, and yawned. She rubbed her eyes and then stood up to check on Foxy. Such a weird name.. Skylar thought to herself.

Drew was relaxing in his room again, reading.

Skylar stretched a bit.

Drew had managed to find another book under the mattress, although he hadn't found any others. It had a worn title, one he couldn't make out, but it was good.

With great care, the symbiote known as Venom creeped up on Skylar. It had just lost its host, and direly needed a new one. The symbiote latches onto Skylar's ankle, and if successful in crawling up their leg, it will begin to assume control.

Skylar screamed loudly in fright. She frantically tried to get the... thing off.

(What the heckkkk. Lol))

Quickly, the symbiote enters its new host. Just as fast as it had entered, it disappears. No sign of it remains, other than a cold feeling in your stomach.

((Hello!))

Skylar sat against the wall, her eyes wide. She tried to grasp what just happened.

((Hello. I don’t mind this, but keep in mind, please, no killing off other people’s characters. I know the Venom character is a villain, so just keep that in mind pleasseeee, also, welcome to the roleplay. ))

Silently, the symbiote began to search through its new host's mind, learning as it went.

((No problem, but Venom isn't always a villain. I'll not kill any of your characters, but I may give them a severe case of the munchies. ;P))

Skylar sat there, still in shock.

((Haha, alright.))

In the back of Skylar's mind, she hears a voice. Quiet, and weak, the symbiote speaks, "Skylar. Sky-lar. Sky. Am from sky?" Its voice seems broken, and lacks much power. However, your body begins to grow warm, and a faint feeling of nausea grows in your gut.

Drew still read, silent. He was a bit bored, and half-wished he had a blade so he could scavenge.

“What the hell...” Skylar closed her eyes, and ran out of the room, going to the bathroom, so she could possibly throw up. She didn’t know what was happening, or even why it was happening.

Going silent, the symbiote chooses to spare Skylar her meal, and the nausea goes away. However, it manipulates her hormones, making her worried and uneasy. "Eat." it demands, pushing you out of the restroom.

Skylar was confused as she couldn’t even really control,her body. She wanted to wake up from this dream... but she knew it wasn’t a dream. She went to the storage room, passing Drew’s room. She unlocked it and got a can of food. “Get out of my head..”

Forcing you to raise the can of food to your mouth, uncooked or not, the symbiote seems to hum with joy as you eat. "Yessss" he hisses, growing louder. "More." he demands.
