I am trying to name a female character. I am looking for something somewhat similar to Alessa, or Alyssa, or Alice. (I like A names) trying to get something a little more exotic but not too wild. Something relatively human that would fit well into a fantasy setting that isn't your usual Jane and Jennifer.

As a note I am very picky with names so please bear with my intolerance.

Does anyone have a suggestion I could use please?

Alexiel, Ariel, Ariane, Aria, Anat, Aela, Ari, Arianna, Aisha.

These two names stick out to me, there must be a way to combine them or alter one or the other to suit my prejudice.

Thanks for all the suggestions guys, this site rocks if you have any suggestions on how to alter/combine these I am open to it.

In case anyone has an interest I decided on Avri, after combining the two above names as I mentioned before.
