I really hate how little rp I do yet wish to be doing so much more... I'm bored. I cant seem to gain anything form trying to start forum topics and never get replies...

I'm sorry to hear that! Have you tried brainstorming with someone before starting a roleplay? You can try proposing a goal to work towards in a roleplay (like with quests in games) and be a bit more specific than you may usually be. That might interest some people as it can be easier to work with
