Small folk have always been living with humans for thousands of years and have helped them in secret for those years.
For example some faction of small folk had tried to stop both world wars by destroying weapons on both sides and tried to let friendly interactions happen between the soldiers, obviously it didn't work.
Small folk speak on a different frequency than us humans, or "Big folk" as we are called by them, and what we hear instead is a small high pitched squeak that seems small to us.
Another trait little folk have is that their flesh and bones are extremely malleable so they can be flattened and stretched to up to three feet before being hurt by it, all little folk are able to take damage without flinching but they do have limits to what they can take. All small folk are pacifist by nature and are very empathetic towards humans which is why they are often trying to help human, but they are timid around humans and unless they are helping a human they will stay away from them.
Most little folk have tan skin but some have pale skin which is rare among them so finding a pale one would be a valuable find if you could find small folk by themselves.
Willow is one of these small folk and exhibits the same habits as a shy kid in school. He has lived alone from the day of his birth onward and he lives within the walls of a large church and eats what ever any humans leave in the church the priest has seen him several times but he believes that he was seeing things.
Willow lives in a hole near the altar and has made a small house within it.
Y/N is visiting that church and was taking pictures of the interior when Willow accidentally reveals himself. He trys to run away but is caught by Y/N, what will you do?
