So there's a facility that houses kids with abnormal abilities or features(for example, wings or the ability to read minds).
The catch?
Their latest escape attempt just succeeded....
And they get out of the facility only to discover facility after facility just like it.
Apparently the only special people are the normal people who keep the 'Extraordinaries' under lock and key.
