((k))Aleem follows her past him"hey verla do you think the treasure room is gonna stay open?"

"Probably not, I think the towers reset once the first people who entered finish, even if other people enter. I'm always wrong though, so I don't know." She says and pushes the front doors open and walks outside.

"so that means it resets when I leave, since I was the first one in?"
As she opened the door, the first room reset the puzzle

He tapped the stair after the ruby one, seeing what will happen.

She nodded slowly as she looked back at him.

It was an aquamarine step, and a big geyser of water shot out at him

"So should I wait here for him to finish?"He asked her

"No, I'm sure he can handle himself." She said and continued walking back over to the town.

"ok"He ran over to her side and walked with her"so...I noticed you had powers already...were you born with them?"

"Some of them. My father was a very powerful man, my guess is that some his power transferred over to me because that's what he wanted. My powers will disappear if I don't use them every once in a while, but with this orb, I don't have to worry about that, and it'll expand my power." She said.

"an orb? that's nice..."

He tapped the next stair up.

It was a wood one and....


Nothing happened

He grinned and stepped onto the wood one, only touching the wooden stairs on the way up.

She scoffed and looked away from him.

In the next room there was a feather pen and an ink jar, and 10 rebuses on the wall

"what? did I say something bad?"

"No, I just hate this town." She says and looks in her bag and looks for the orb "oh no." She says and puts her knee on the ground and starts digging through it.

"w-what"He says looking over her shoulder into the bag

She picked up the orb and let out a sigh of relief "thought I lost it. It's like a mansion in here." She said and put it in the front pocket so she didn't lose it again.
