She looked a bit confused "so, those have to change in order for the book to 'activate?' Are you seriously saying we have to go to all of these towers and dungeons to make this work?" She hoped he'd say no.

"...no, I mean this grimoire brought those three things to this world"

"I don't get it. If it did that, then how the hell are we supposed to create a major change?" She felt like a moron.

"It didn't create them on its own"

"its a grimoire, it needs a user to do stuff"

"Like what? He can't use it if he can't read it. "

"What does that have to do with us making it 'learn our language?'" She asked.

"its sapient, it will learn your language over time"

"Lovely. Well, real nice chat, but now we have to go wait for it to learn. hopefully it doesn't take centuries because we don't have centuries." She said.

"Good, because I'm not using the book against him any more, though it was his own mistake to let certain people have it when he could've just hidden it, but whatever." She said and walked into her house.
