The arrival of the early afternoon had brought a truly beautiful day with it. The sun beamed down on the small Church, outlining it in a beautiful sort light, that could make even the run down church seem lovely, holy.
A young boy sat under an apple tree, in the Church's surrounding orchard, ditching out on his chores. He had a school book with him, that looked about fifty years old, and had definitely seen better days. He wasn't paying any mind to it's knowledge though. No, he was far to preoccupied racing beetles on top of it's yellowed pages.
The smell of a hearty stew could be caught in the air now and again, his sister making lunch, likely more then enough to feed any stragglers that happened along. If no one came at all it would not be wasted, they would eat their fill, and then put the rest out for the animals to make short work of. They rarely needed to though. The church never starved for company.

Blaze passed by humming to herself, but a yawn interrupted her. She paused to take in her surroundings.
A nice church nearby was the most noticeable thing around. She could use some divine help...
She shook her head. No, maybe stop by and just see around. She was a murderer, why'd anybody want to help her?
The redhead stood there outside the church wondering if it'd be okay to come in.

Glaceia was happily chasing butterflies through a field that wasn't far from the church. The butterflies were black and blue in color and were moving straight to the church with the ghost child following not far behind them.
Upon reaching the orchard, Glaceia noticed the boy and the book he was reading which distracted her from the butterflies who took advantage of it to escape. Glaceia didn't know anything about books as the witch that had been the matron of her orphanage had pretended to be illiterate and had kept them hidden. So out of curiousty, she floated towards the boy him behind him and looked at the open book. Glaceia didn't take any notice of the beetles as she had seen them before, but couldn't understand the tiny "pictures" on the book as she didn't know how to read. The child responded to this by silently pouting.

(Sorry for the wait, was seeing if the third person who was interested was going to join. We'll start up now.)
Toby was watching his bugs intently when a chill came over him, along with an acute awareness that someone or something was peering over his thin shoulders. He turned to find a girl who wasn't quite solid in front of him.
He screamed like a girl, and moved back several paces. Scattering bugs and homework everywhere.
Minuette stood in the tiny alcove she called a kitchen stirring a thick stew, and humming softly to herself. She had four bowls stacked beside her.

(It's okay )
Blaze heard the boy scream and knit her eyebrows together, walking towards him to see what was the problem. The church wouldn't move from its place.
"Hey, kid! Are you okay?" She asked him when she finally reached him. He looked scared. Looking around, she thought that maybe someone had tried to attack him. Then she was the girl there and jumped back. "Gods!"
(Fixed it!)

[Oh sorry, I thought this had died. Umm Makenna would have been able to see Glaceia since toby only moved back a few spaces.]
