I'm looking to role-play with my guy, Kasabian. I'd prefer someone who is able to maintain multiple paragraphs in a reply, and who is active daily. I am extremely active, and I type quite a lot.. So you can be prepared for some meaty-sized replies 
I'm being lazy, and decided to just drop Kasabian's character history here, since it basically explains the majority of the plot behind the role-play I'd like to pursue. Please, have a read
Kasabian might walk the earth alongside everyone else, passing himself off as mortal - but in reality, he has long forgotten his true age. After a while, the time just blends into itself, and becomes one long continuation of events.
His life-purpose, the sole reason for his existence, is to work as an intermediary between life and death. He is not Death himself; that is a novel idea thought up by man-kind. The idea that one being would have the ability, or time, to be in several places at once, crossing people off a death-list, is amusing to Kasabian.
The truth is much the same, but altogether different. Kasabian is not the only one of his kind walking the earth. There are many others - there needs to be. No being, however powerful, can be in multiple places at the same time. Their job is to find those who are ready to depart this world, leaving their mortal body with their mark, so they may ascend or descend according to the deeds of their life.
Essentially, he is the one who determines when you die, and where you end up. Do you go up to heaven, or are you condemned to hell?
Despite what he does, and how long he has existed, he is still skeptical of a belief in any higher authority, such as God or the Devil. Instead, it is his belief that you simply get to exist in one place or the other, based on the actions of your life. One place is bad, and the other is good. There is nothing else.
Contact with him does not ensure your death, but if you have been marked, your time is near. Very near.
Additional to this base theme, I'd really like if perhaps your character was either close to someone who is going to die - if not the person going to die, themselves. A romantic twist could work in this scenario, but is not necessary. At this stage, I'd prefer any possibly romantic pairing to be M x F, as Kasabian is heterosexual.
This will likely be based somewhere like New York City, where there is a lot of night-time activity.
