Hello!
I'm looking for a literate RP partner capable of churning out more than 2+ paragraphs that are fairly detailed! Must be okay with slightly sporadic replies (I have classes and work, as well I frequently have writers-block, etc.) and just something casual and preferably modern. You may convince me otherwise, though!
As for a character that'd go along with Daniel; just about any temperament would work, honestly. Danny himself is a neutral, friendly, and a peoples person. He loves being around people he cares about and is humorous and caring. I don't really like tropes such as 'dom' and 'sub', though for RP purposes, Danny is a 'switch'. And I'd prefer perhaps another switch to pair up with him, or someone who isn't overly submissive or dominant.
What I'm looking for exactly is just a cute romantic roleplay. Preferably modern and realistic, though I do love supernatural twists and whatnot! This is really just for self-indulgement and to be honest, I just want to write Danny falling in love. He's a natural romantic! So bring on all the fluff! Of course, I don't expect it to be a non-angsty RP free of any flaws/dark-ish themes, I'd just prefer those to be toned down and nothing too extreme. (You can try and convince me, though.
)
Plot-wise I don't really have anything set and stone and would prefer to talk it out with my partner(s). I do have a couple "baselines" for the structure of the RP, but the rest we could flesh out further or just wing! I wouldn't mind either. Here are some of those said baselines;
- Roadtrip. A group of childhood friends decides to compile some funds together and head out on a road trip across the country. Just to have a fun time together before they all spread off to college and join the work-force. A sort of the last hurrah. On the way, they find themselves making new memories and some new relationships bloom. Will they work out? Or was it just an in-the-moment fling?
- Hey Neighbor. Danny and Y/C have been friends since they were children and it's an added bonus they're next door neighbors. They've always had a strong connection. They've spent nights together laughing, playing, and talking. As they aged, though, their bond deepened into something they both didn't really expect. Feelings sprouted and now there's a sort of tension in the air. Danny loves Y/C as a best friend... but how would Y/C feel about a relationship? They're both unsure on how to pursue and have to struggle through it in order to come to a compromise. They don't want to ruin what they have.
A twist to this is that one of the two just moved in next to the other and their parents have them try and become friends. Something sparks and we could go from there!
- End of the world. This will be based on the movie Bird Box! A plague of something sinister has spread over the world, wreaking havoc and pain through its wake and taking out whoever isn't careful. Danny and Y/C could either already know each other or could be strangers. They somehow end up part of a small group trying to survive whatever has turned the world upside and even through the darkness of the apocalypse, they find themselves growing attached.

Okay- I absolutely adore all the ideas you listed. They're amazing! My characters do all have animated faceclaims, but I do think the two of us would roleplay really well together! I'm interested in the Birdbox idea, as well as the roadtrip idea. If you want to do either of those, please do contact me!
