On Horuko Island, two clans had been battling for what seemed to be over a dozen generations. The Tiara Clan had been terrorising and harassing a certain village for a while now: your village. THey'd steal the local food, take women for themselves, and kill innocent civilians.
SUddenly, during a rampage by the clan, you catch sight of a figure moving too fast for the eye to see. You then see a small woman stop in front of the group, her sword drawn. She was dressed rather elegantly, but not in a kimono or a feminine attire. Her hair was short and brown, and she had a black mask covering the bottom of her face. There was lacing within the mask which lightly revealing her mouth, unpleasant scowl presented on her face.
Her voice echoed throughout the street, women and children cowering on the sides of the trail.
"Leave these people alone, Norishune!"
She continued to time after time again appear in the village. It was only a short while, two days at most. Even then, no one knew her actual identity behind the mask she wore. All anyone knew was that she was the only female ninja to follow the Morinusho Clan, the clan who was trying to fix the world.

This will be set in an old Japanese type setting, where feminine and masculine stereotypes are still in play. (E.g females are only to cook, so housework, etc etc.)
