Jack gave a nod to star, and waited for the tour to continue.

He walks off to the sleeping quarters"we sleep here"

He looked around the sleeping area, then continued on with Cletus, "So I was told two tests, what is the second if I may ask?"

Star “ we do more then justperform we secretly. Deal with evil supernatural and keep humans safe and keep the secret hidden. Cause otherwise we be hunted down and there would likely be a nasty war. So you will join the ring master on one of the missions to prove your worth and loyalty.”

He blinked, "Oh is that all?" Pushing his glasses up he smiled, "Sounds like fun."

" that and you have to do your most amazing tricks. like a mini show for the ring master that is if you can impress me and your tour guide."

He blinked, "I thought I did that earlier?"

" where not called the best for nothing. you have to be able to do stuff nobody every thinks of. we want to take it to the next level"

"Next level huh." He thought a moment, "Guess I'm going to have to challenge myself."

" I was impressed. but you have to be able to come up with tricks and prove you are the best of best and nobody can replace you"

"Guess I shouldn't hold back then." He smiled as he looked around during the tour.

" yes now your getting it." she smirked. she took over the tour. " next up the meeting area"

He followed Star, continuing his curious gaze around the area, "So what was the inspiration for starting something like this?"

" well like I said we have a hidden role. the ringmaster made a deal. in return for funding the circus and paying for it. he had to be the ringmaster and use it to become something to keep the humans busy so he could start his dream. but he realize non normal where not accepted by humans or others of there kind so he started to take them under his wing. I was the first. kinda funny how fate likes to mess around"

"I know the feeling, fate truly can be tricky and sometimes cruel." His attitude seemed to have toned down slightly, "So anyway, what is it you do?" He asked with genuine curiosity.

"but fate can also be kind and sweet"cletus says catching up with them"and what we do, if you don't know that means we are doing it right"

"I meant in the circus, like your acts." He adjusted his backpack to sit right on his shoulder.

"o-oh, well I'm a beast tamer"

"Oh really? What kind of beasts?" He looked at Cletus.
