Welcome to the Light Kingdom, a small trade kingdom, where humans and creatures can live together in harmony. (Not much to put here really, just check out the Occ for signing up)
Zorli stopped walking. Infront of her,the gate to the capitol city of the Light City. Hundreds of eyes clicked shut and then reopened in a blink as the small gate on the larger doorway opened. She walked in, nodding to the person who opened it for her. Club on her back, she immediately went to a tavern to find a place to rest.
She opened the door gently and wlked in,boots clankin against the wooden floor. She walked up to the bar and ordered for a cheap mug of mead, before looking around the room with slight curiosity of others inside.

Nakon was sitting in the corner of the tavern, leaning back in his chair and resting his feet on the table. He was drinking from a custom-made mug, carved with images of battle and war on one side, a peaceful kingdom on the other. He thought it was symbolic and interesting, mainly it steered most normal people away though.
Rustik was sitting in the tavern, but was the farthest away from everyone. He was thinking of a lot of different things. He had a bottle of wine instead of anything else.
Aki walked down from the upper part of the tavern, a drink in hand. He had been in Light Kingdom for a couple of days now and he was looking for an adventure. He sat down at the closest table and ordered another drink for himself. Smiling a huge, pointed-teeth, devilish smile, he started drinking as soon as it reached his hands.
Rustik watched as a demon came from upstairs and ordered another drink. Ignorant,he thought as he took a sip of wine. Then he threw the bottle straight into the trash can, which happen to be right next to him. But instead of getting up as most would, the fox just kept sitting there, looking at the diverse set of creatures and humans.
Zorli sighed and flicked her empty glass. It cracked. She covered her mouth and sighed, before calling the bartender over and asking how much she'd have to pay in damages.
Aki finished his other drink and stood up with a stretch. Looking around the bar, he takes note of all the beings in the tavern. Smiling, he walks over to the board next to the bar, walking past Zorli.
Aki starts to scan the board, looking to see if there was any new jobs. At last, he sighs. "There is never anything new in this Tavern..."

"T-Thirty silver? For this cheap mug?"
A mix of indignation and shock equally ecohed across Zorli's face as she stood up and glared at the bartender, who understandbly glanced away nervously.

He chuckled, watching Zorli's reaction to the price of repairs. "This place isn't exactly a palace, they charge lots of money and spend lots of money. D*mn good spirits, though."
Zorli looked over for a split second before putting a hand on her forhead and sliding it down her face, taking a dee breath nd exhaling as she sat back down. No nee to start a fight. no need to start a fight. She opened the small satchel she had on the outside of her armor…
God… she had used most of it to even get here She didn't want to spend her first night here out on the street for a mug. She grumbled as she began counting money. "Fifteen silver." It wasn't that she liked bartering, it was more that she didn't have the money to pay for a room here and this goddamned mug after having spent pretty much all of it to get here. She had a sinking suspicion that she'd want to get a job out of this cty as soon as possible.

Aki over heard their conversation and decided to help them as best he could.
Walking over to the counter, he steps in beside of Zolri and leans on the counter. "Listen... We both know the mug is at most worth three silver. So let's be respectful to our new patron and just wave it off as an accident and not worry about it. You make enough money by scamming these others to buy a whole new crate of these mugs." Aki smiles at the bartender and stands up straight, looking to Zolri. "I'm sorry for interfering with your business. But I have been here quite a bit, and he is always trying to make a little extra money."

Rustik sighed and left the Tavern, the claws on his gloves unsheathing and resheathing as he went.
This person had just waived their fine. Zorli didn't feel like talking too much, but it was necessary.
"A little? I've met bandits who've asked for less."
Zorli chuckled at her own little joke.
"But it's fine, no need to apologize for that. I... have some money problems. Used up the majority of it just to get here, ya know? You did me a pretty big favor."
Zorli looked down at Aki, slight grin on her features.
"Name's Zorli."

Aki smiled back. "Aki." He outreaches a hand as if offering to shake.
"I understand having money problems, that's why I am always looking at the board over there." He points to the board behind Zolri. "They usually post jobs, hunts, bounties. All of that. But they've had the same ones posted for weeks now. And they pay nothing, too. So it's upsetting."

(can you please add a link to the ooc chat so i can see my characters stats please)
Though still a bit tenacious after breaking the mug, Zorli accepted the handshake (gently).
"Damn. Of course, thought that this place would be an answer, but…"
She sighs and shrugs.
"Not really a lot of civilian job openngs open for someone as specialized as me. Think they'll update it soon?"

((I kinda cant. I'm on mobile.))
Rustik looked up at the sky, as it was night. "So beautiful," he murmured. Then Rustik sat on the ground, looking at the sky still.

(Here, Coding!)
Aki shrugs in response to Zorli. "There is no telling."
Aki looks around and sighs. "This place has all types of people who are ready and willing to work. Such as the Fire Fox that walked out, to this Were right here." Gesturing to Nakon. "But sadly none of us can do anything about it. We should honestly just go ask the King for a job personally. He more than likely has some problems that need solving."

"Any reason why no one has yet, then?"
Zorli twiddled with her warclb as she asked. If ahe could get a job on the first day, she'd be happy.
