They smelled the air and frowned. "You're right. I know a few spots in here that are safe from that, there's a cave nearby too. I set up a fire pit there a little bit ago."

"yeah, ok...can you guide me there?"

They looked outside and they began down the steps a bit quicker, as if to beat the storm. "It's not far, and it's not too deep either, or I wouldn't set up shop there."

"ok"He says nodding and following them

They led the pair to the cave and lit the fire before leaning back on a wall, a bit away from the entrance and where they can see him. "Not a cup of cocoa and a bed, but's good."

"yeah"he enters the cave"nice place though, thanks for letting me stay"Rox gurgles"ROX, don't say that"Rox gurgles again"there we go..."He sits down against the opposite wall

They watched the rain fall outside the cave, grateful it's not a thunderstorm. They curled up their knees though, and wrapped their arms around them.

"good thing its not a thunderstorm...I'm sure my umbrella wouldn't like that"He says closing his umbrella

"Neither would I," They mumbled quietly. "Yeah, your umbrella's nice."

"Its to prevent the sunlight from touching me"He chuckles

"What? Are you a vampire?"

He laughs"yep, but ladies in the past did the same thing to protect their fair skin"

"Do you sparkle?" They teased.

"sparkle?"He tilts his head"why would I sparkle"

"Nothing, bad movie reference." They laugh softly.

"ah, got it"He laughs
