What if I've given information through a PM that I since regret sharing? I can remove myself from the conversation but that's not what I want.
I don't know a way to un-say or un-type or un-send things.
The moment you decided to tell someone else was the moment it was no longer private.
Once said and done, you just have to roll with it and deal with the fallout.

Sadly there is nothing that can be done. You might be able to ask the mods to correct it or erase it but I am not sure what they can do with a PM.
Basically, all you can do is let it sit. However, I would suggest a follow up, saying something along the lines of "The information I recently sent I should not have. If possible, do you mind not dwelling upon it? It was not for me to say. I apologize for what I've done. I should have thought more this."
Hopefully the person will be understanding and allow the both of you to continue on normally.
Best of luck!

You can always get in touch with Kim and see if it's something she can purge from the site. While a thing such as revealing your identity on the site probably can't be helped, certain types of info such as an address might be handled differently.
It's hard to say though. Info you've given out could have been copied and saved elsewhere already, so removing this info off the site might not get the results you want.

This may not help right away, but you can edit messages. I do it a lot when I don’t mean to say something. Other than that, I don’t know what to do.

Seriously, it really isn't a 'question about privacy' if you chose at the time to reveal something. It was at that moment it ceased being private.
