(Hey! Bear up here. These characters and plots are currently unstable. They are subject to sometimes violent change. If you want a stable plot, I'm afraid these WIP characters won't tickle your fancy.
That said, the reason I'm putting this out here is that I'm having trouble crearing a natural flowing backstory and set personalities for this wonderful group. I figure that the best wa to get something going is to use them! If you're fine with all this, let'sa go!)

But who's to say what classifies which as which?
The sun will rise no matter which side wins…
There's no heroes. Just people you agree with fighting those you don't.
Of course, all that heavy metephorical stuff is up for debate. The real deal is that this group of antagonists and a monkey are all being… a bit of a nuisance. After all, they recently…
Plot Ideas:
Bank Heist Gone Wrong: What should have been a simple grab and run became a hostage situation, including Y/C. The money is still a hugepart of their goal, but they'd also like to get out with everyone who cme in alive leaving alive. Whether or not their hostage is a cliche damsel in distress or an action hero, though… could change the end result.
Heads or Tails: The morality of bounty hunters and adventurers is up for debate. Either way, Y/C was hired to get rid of an annoying group of goons in any way possible. Is it too easy? A bit more then they could chew? Or do they accidentally realize that they're just as human?(Well, as close as possible to it.)
We have lives, too!: Y/C is pretty normal. And using public transportation, seems to meet another normal, if attempting to be cool and suave, person! Striking up a conversation, they're not bad at all! These two create a nice friendship, although Y/C has no clue the type of nightlife this friend has…
Always the guard shift: There's always a bigger fish… or in ths case, a bigger bad. Being captured, either regally or in a mist of blood, Y/C has ended up locked up in a stupid dungeon. Not a lot to do inside it, might as well strike up a conversation with the goons guarding them. Who knows, they might even be swayed to help Y/C out!
And, of course, random!: If you have a plot idea, I'm open to it!
Of course, the group has terms of pay and conditions as well. What respectable band of villains wouldn't? As follows:

Cursing. I'm fine with a bit, or wven a decent amount. Let's nt make any sailors or truckers blush, though, and let's also not be derogatory to races or sexual orientations.
Violence. Hell yes. As long as it's not vivid enough to give a seven year old nightmares for the rest of their life, it's fime. (And I don't mean no pampered 7-year. I'm talking battle hardened.)

Romance: These people aren't made for romance. Howeer, that doesn't change that everyone needs love… If they wouldn't get together if the plot wasn't romance, though,don't expect me to force it!
Death: If they would die, they'll die. Though, let's leave it for the end of rps? Except for my ghosty friend, it's kinda hard to rp post-mortem.

Magic is fairly common. Players and NPCs important to the tale may have it. Mistborn.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
Combat is woven into the storyline and could come to the forefront if the characters seek it out.
