I'll type better rules later, but if the tech is required to keep a victim alive it'll be functional, functional enough to perform that single task.

The fact that who I'm worried is AI though, makes it tricky. Sapient AIs makes it interesting, but it also does make a dangerous loophole.

But communications are still really screwed up. Avi, your idea probably shouldn't work. I'm thinking about it, though.

I'd say lock it down, yeah.... mostly because I don't wanna help figure out my sister's shenanigans.
