Maybe I'm just a jerk for suggesting this, but I really think a PM group should be able to kick people out.
Edit for slightly increased coherency: Maybe the one who started the PM would have either the power to remove them outright, or to start a vote to remove them.

Yes, I can't tell you how many times I've had a bajillion people who are inactive on the pm and you just want to kick em out to make it easier to vote someone in or something.
I think part of the issue is that the way things seem to be set up, removing a person from the pm means them losibv whatever what they've put into the rp, which is something Kim works very hard to avoid. It doesn't just split it off so they don't see posts after they were kicked out, they would lose the whole thing entirely. I'm basing this assumption on the fact that if you remove all instances of yourself from a pm (so you and none of your characters are in it), you can no longer access any part of the pm.
I do understand the desire for this, though. I worry a bit about its misuse, but I can see the value. Maybe RPR's big update will be able to support something along these lines...?

I think it's less likely that we'll make it possible to kick people from PMs and more likely that we'll lower the barriers to entry for creating simpler groups, so once can use the group feature for simpler chats if they wish.
