This character right here, rather than being just a demon, is a nigh-omnipotent Eldritch Abomination who has a few demonic motifs across the multiple shapes and forms he can assume. Helps that he's the Void itself. Obviously he's on such a level that he usually only appears in highly specific types of stories that can cast him, or those like him, as a (or the) major driving force behind the plot. He can be introduced into other stories, so long as proper measures are taken to make his presence believable (i.e. he cannot completely manifest his full physical incarnation into a world/universe/dimension, so he needs to project into a (possibly) massively weaker sub-avatar of sorts - alternatively, he could just hang out in the shadows while not directly making himself involved, or possibly showing some more interest by pulling the strings from a hidden vantage point; this obviously will need well-executed foreshadowing to be done properly). Otherwise, he and his ilk suffer from a SEVERE case of Story Breaker Power.

I have had a few 'overpowered' characters in the past, the only one that really remains is my darling Ominous.
She's the embodiment of Chaos, spawned from the Void to keep chaos and discord in balance in the world. She was bound to the darkness and became a 'shadow kin', thus granting her dominion over darkness and chaos. I love her to death simply for her sadomasochistic personality and her bloodthirsty drive for causing mayhem.

While generally she cant be 'killed', I've made it so she can be banished and bound to the Mortal Plane in weaker bodies, thus limiting her power and influence. Omi wasnt made to be any kind of deity really but she has a serious superiority complex xD I love it.
