Crysor shrugged, since he really didn't have a clue. He wasn't even sure how to operate the stone, and the last thing he needed was something awful to happen. It probably contained a verbal component as well, and that was out of the question.
"I can help you find somewhere safe to put it." He offered, but really, all he wanted was more time to get it back, and to figure out of a way of how to use it without bad things to happen. He glanced at Kori, looking for some support.
"Don't look at me," Kori said, shrugging. "With my luck, it'll either catch fire or explode and kill us all."
Crysor smiled, dropping the stone in his pack before jerking his head at the door.
"Finally," Kori said happily, glad to get away from all the librarians shooting him dirty looks.

"Booyah!" He fist pumped and ruffled Kori's hair and then flicked Crysor's nose. "I'll be best buddy you've ever had. We're going to have so much fun!" His voice echoed around the library , but he didn't care at all about that.
Crysor jerked away, rubbing his nose. He glared skeptically at Ryoran, but shrugged and walked out the door.
"ADVENTURE!" Kori yelled, running down the first two stairs and then tripping and falling down the rest.
It was at that point that Crysor knew he was paired up with two goobers.

Ryoran laughed. "Pfff, you're so clumsy!" He kept on laughing as he walked and didn't pay attention to the stairs either so he tripped too, falling next to Kori. He groaned as he tried to get up. "Don't say anything."
Kori just laughed at him, rubbing his head.
Crysor came over and scooped Kori up by the scruff of his neck, holding him up a moment and then depositing him on his big hairy feet.

"And no one helps me." Ryoran complained getting up but then had to bend to pick up his blue hat that had fallen off his head when he tripped. He put it on again, feeling better with it. "Where are we going?"
Crysor grinned, taking Ryoran's hat off, ruffling his hair, and putting it back on. He shrugged, shouldered his pack, and strode off.
"Hey! Wait up!" Kori cried, jogging after him. "Me and my stubby hobbit legs!"

Ryoran followed after him too. "Hey! It takes a lot to get my hair to look so awesome, you know." He looked back at Kori grinning. "Hurry up or you stay here, little man!" He turned and Crysor had already dissapeared into the crowd. "Oh shit. C'mon hurry up, you."
Kori weaved his way through the crowd, trying his absolute best to keep up. "I'M COMING!"
Ryoran finally spotted Crysor again and, grabbing Kori's arm, he dragged him through the mass of people. "Hey Pointed ears, wait for us!"
Crysor paused, tilting his head at the two. Kori staggered along behind Ryoran, allowing him to drag him along. He was never going to keep up otherwise.
Ryoran finally caught up with Crysor. "Whoa, you move fast!" He let go of Kori. "And you seriously need to run faster."
Crysor stretched out a leg to show just how long it was, therefore showing that he had a long stride.
Kori panted along behind Ryoran. "I can't help it... I have stubby little hobbit legs... Imma sowwy..."

(Sorry for not replying! Been busy with stuff!)
Ryoran laughed when Kori said that. "You two are so... oppposite from each other. Where are we going?" He asked Crysor.

(That's ok. We've all been there xD)
Crysor pulled a map out of his backpack to show them, pointing at the next town a couple of miles away.

(Phew, thanks. I'll do my best to reply at least once a day this week)
Ryoran nodded. "Okay. We need to get some food for the trip then. Rabbits are fine, but it annoys me to have to chase the damn animal around."

(Lol. I'll understand if you can't; I have a bunch of testing this week, what with sats and olsats xP)
Crysor pulled out his bow, a beautifully carved piece of elven weaponry.
"Ooh, pretty," Kori commented, causing Crysor's grip to tighten on it instinctively.

A young girl around the age of 15, observed them from afar. She was highly suspicious of the two men.
