So... I recently has started to kind of feel burnt out. I don't plan on call off any Rp's if I can help it, but does anyone know any tips on dealing with it? It is likely brought on due to stress from family problems. I feel bad because A good few of my rps are affected by this burnout so to speak and I am wanting to try and kick my head back on straight. Any and all help/advice would be lovely..

just take time for yourself, a little me time can work wonders
See to it that you get some alone time. It's the number one quick fix for me when I feel like shit. Two or three days when you don't have to deal with people and crap is enough to at least partially reload your batteries. Don't make plans with people, turn your phone off, binge your favorite food and watch tv, or maybe take a couple of long walks. Go somewhere if you have a car.

This doesn't really help in the long run, however. Maybe you should consider seeing someone who can help you professionally if the feeling lingers.

Edit: I went hiking for three days on a whim last summer when I got sick of all the drama. I didn't pack properly lol, but I still felt great upon returning. I cooked pasta and canned food on open fire and slept under the stars. Entirely alone.

Been going through some of this myself. Thought the fire of RP at the end of 2018 would roll and renew in 2019, but it has 1been a bit of a rough stretch. I think I'm getting back on top of things with my available time, and am quite thankful to my patient RP writing partners for giving me a bit of time to get it together.

I myself took a bit of a break and binge-watched some Netflix in my limited free time of each day. Take some time. Let your writing partners know one-on-one what is happening, and relax and take a walk outside and change yur air. It helps.

thank y'all for the advice.. I ended up sitting outside for a while and just... listening to the world and kinda.. Well I fell asleep outside with a chicken in my lap. I am all better now.

I have about 35 free range chickens that live around here. The one that was in my lap lives on our porch and likes to get in my lap, make me share my food, or just flat out mug me for anything I am eating. I named her the Colonel because she is solid white with a red comb on her head lol. I also caller the Ravenous hunger due to the fact she never stops trying to eat everything (Toes included.)

That is SO COOL! I myself am planning on getting a Mini Schnauzer puppy this spring, something to cuddle when I am stressed. <3

I love all animals, but small ones and I don't mix well. I tend to step on them so the Colonel only moves near me when I a A; feeding her so I am looking down, or B: Sitting down XD She learned after I stepped on her 4 times.
