He looked around the area, the only thing there is the building and a large, empty, flat area.
He sighed, slumping against the wall in defeat. "You win."

He cried out in pain, the genes attempting to bond with his DNA, but hitting a sort of genetic barrier, the genes unable to bond with him. He thrashed around and foamed at the mouth as the mutant genes attempted to find a way to meld with him.
He coughed blood, the mutated genes failing to take hold. ((Guess why!))
He muttered something incomprehensible, recovering from the pain.
“Huh if I’d doesn’t work you are probably already a mutant”

He downed the pills without looking to see where they came from, sighing in relief.

"Better, but..." he realized Jason gave him the pills and tried to spit them out before they could take effect and do whatever it is they were supposed to.
