the twins looked up at lucian then at each other. they nodded to each other and looked back at lucian " you don't recognize us?" they asked in unison " we're yuki and yuka from the village"

"I honestly don't have the time to remember everyone's names." he said grabbing the deer and throwing it over his shoulder. Lucian also too the branches and proceed to go back to the village. "I hope your coming, 'cause I'm not leading a search party for you." he called over his shoulder.

yuka let the slab of earth he had been controling hit the ground and the two looked back at ash then continued following lucian " we can find our own way back if we wanted to" they said in unison

"I bet you could, that's exactly why I'm not waiting up for you." Lucian said "That and I don't really care about what happens to you or anybody else." he said just as the village gate came into view. It was a magnificent three story wall complete with watch towers and a draw-bridge.

yuki and yuka followed behind lucian as the reached the gates. yuki moved her hands slowly and the air around her picked up causing her to float up and over the gate. Yuta then stumped the groud and a piece of earth popped up and shot him into the air and over the gate like a catapult. the gate then slowly started to open and yuki and yuka stood infront of it " we're the gate keepers , please show us some identification" the said in unison as the looked up at lucian with their yellow snake like eyes.

Lucian shot them looks of pure hatred. He then mumbled a few words then walked up to the gate, holding out his hand. When he approached the gate he put his hand on the smooth dark wood, and it passed right through. Lucian smiled an evil smile, and walked right through the gate.

the twins moved quickly and in a millasecond they were infront of lucian " you can not pass with out identification , please prove you live here" the twins spoke in unison as their voices grew deeper and deeper.

(Back) "Why you little-", he got out before he sighed. "Well I should have guessed they would name the two weakest villagers Gate Keepers....." he breathed out as he walked though the gate again to the outside. "How do you want me to prove that I live here?" he said mockingly.

yuki and yuka looked at each other and smirked as lucian called them weak. They then looked back at lucian you must answer two out of three questions correctly." yuki held up a finger "one; what is the name of our village elder."

"Trick question, He is simply called "Grand Elder"". he replied leaning on the fence.

yuki nodded and put her finger down. Yuka then held up two fingers " second question ,where exactly is our sacred tree located?"

"In the exact center of the village, because it provides life to all our crops and livestock." he said yawning and stretching.

yuka nodded " final question" they said in unison " which of us is yuki and which of us yuka"

"Ha." he said laughing, "You must be kidding right? That is so easy." he said clutching his side with laughter.

yuki and yuka stood silently " you know" they began" 9 out of 10 people can't guess right... now what is your answer."

"Yuki is the girl and has a scar next to her left eye, while Yuka is the boy and has a scar next to his right eye. It's honestly simple logic.." He said waving his hand mindlessly in the air. "Can I come In now?" He asked looking at the darkening sky and yawning.

the twins smiled at stepped to the side " yes , please proceed". lucian walked in and the twins shut the gate. "oh" they said " you think they would make someone weak watch the gate , when there are monsters and bandits that always try to get into the vllage ... who do you think kills them."
