Plot 1:
As the last battle of the war ends with a white handkerchief, the soldiers cheer in victory, helping their wounded and counting their dead. Y/C is one of those soldiers who are alive.
Y/C has a lovely family. His wife, M/C, and a son.
People flood the streets, cheering and clapping. Many look exhausted, many look overjoyed.
Without even thinking, Y/C suddenly finds himself engulfed in a hug by M/C and their son- the son squealing happily and M/C shaking and crying tears of joy.

It's been nine months since Y/C was deployed. Prom is coming up for M/C, Y/C's girlfriend, and he decided to surprise her by arranging a special appearance with the school during it. M/C is overjoyed to see him, blah blah.
