Am I crazy? I feel like RPR is severely potato-fying every icon I have uploaded within the last few months. Did the allowance for file size change at some point?
What size are you uploading icons at? The upload size and compression method hasn't changed to my knowledge.
If your icon exceeds 95x95 pixels, the server will resize the image for you to the max allowed dimensions. This does lead to a loss of quality sometimes because you can't influence that process. If you upload images larger than 95x95 and notice this, try to resize it to the correct dimensions before uploading and see if that helps.
If your images are 95x95 pixels (and already a format like .png), do you have a comparison image between the original and the uploaded one?

Ah! Thanks Sanne!! I think my brain kept crossing wires with another platform because I was uploading at 100x100. Sorry
