The first... mediocre writing, clunky dialogue... but hell of a visual masterpiece. The sequel? A mess with a side-order of cringe - but some entertaining horror/action to... sorta make up for it, even if the pacing is waaaay off (honestly, it feels like it's written more as a series compressed into a single movie, though that doesn't make up for the writing itself).

A German 3-part miniseries called Generation War.
