Partly inspired by Jack Frost because him and his fanart are hot and I love him and I need help
Sarah Rose has always been a little behind. She was protected by her family after an incident with her brother in middle school, so she's always been a little childish. She doesn't have many friends since she's homeschooled.
She has a strange obsession with Winter and snow. However her parents refuse to let her go out and play in it, which makes her sad. She spends most of her winter days curled up by a window and watch other kids play and enjoy their snow days.
Y/C isnt your typical teenager. Similar to Jack Frost (or you can actually BE jack frost lmao) has winter/snow powers. One day, while wandering around, he spots Sarah asleep by the window. He quietly strolls over and lightly taps the glass, creating small thuds and a coat of frost.
Sarah wakes up, and they begin talking.
How? By blowing on the glass and writing their messages in the mist of course! And, well, Sarah can write things down on a note pad.
