So I live in a odd place so my times doesn't match up well so I was wondering where you live. DON´T GIVE THE CITY The closest you can give is the state you live. Ok? If you don't live in use go with area brake up or just the country. I say no city because of safety so pleas no cites.

Static tell the ceremonial county or anything similar, it's close enough to the states I think (since England has 48 ceremonial counties and the USA have 50 states)

A district (borough/county) would work, wouldn't it? I mean, if you say Wiltshire - no one knows where in Wiltshire.
