"Almost hit an artery. Kid got lucky." He sighed in relief as the bleeding slowed. He washed it off again, applied some antibiotics, and started bandaging the bite.

"soon enough we may find out what the effect of this bite will be,well,if its the 3rd option,atleast we're in the shade..."

"That's true. I'd hate to have a flaming seven year old on my hands." He applied the finishing touches to his bandage, sitting next to the kid. "Now we just wait for him to wake up."

Sebastian sits on the other side of the kid,and we wait.

Every now and then Nick would place two fingers lightly on the kid's neck to feel for a pulse. Satisfied he was still alive, he took his fingers off and closed his eyes.

After awhiles worth of waiting the kid shows a expression of pain,while he starts to come to..Sebastian looks at the kid and says "he's waking up"

"Yeah..." Nick knelt in front of the kid, concerned.

( ,if you havent guessed you know what the kids effect is) The kid looks up at nick,his red eyes looking terrified.

Nick sighed silently. How had he known?
"Hey, it's okay," he said soothingly, holding his hands out to show he wasn't a threat. "It's alright. You're okay. Sebastian, my jacket is back at home over the chair I was in. Will you please go get it? We're going to need it if we're going to get him back home."

Sebastian gets up and once again uses his speed and goes back to his house,while getting the jacket, he says to himself"when in time,did i become the delivery man...?" uses his speed again and comes back to the two of you with the jacket.

(Lol. Poor Sebastian)

"Thanks. How are you feeling?" he asked, once again turning his attention back to the kid.

The Boys sits there ,petrified ..and says nothing
(i might as well as get him a mailmans hat someday.)

(LOLZ)

"I'm Nick," he continued gently. "This is Sebastian."

Sebastian waves hello at the kid.. ,The kid out of nowhere says in a scared voice"Mean Monsters"

"I know. But we're here to protect you now. The mean monsters won't hurt you anymore."

The child has a breakdown moment and goes crying into your shoulder.

"Ssshhh..." Nick whispered, rubbing his back soothingly. "Ssshhhh, it's alright... It's alright..."

The boy continues to cry into your shoulder "Mean..... mean .....people," Sebastian trys to comfort the kid as well.

"I know... I know... It's okay... I won't let the mean people hurt you anymore... Ssshhhh..."

a few tear filled moments later the kid stops crying.
