I've stopped drinking whiskey

Did not have to go to work, on account of the weather! So, day off? lol

Did not get paid for that day off though, so that's not quite good.

But hey, DAY OFF?! YES?

My tea tasted extra good this morning.

I woke up. I'm alive. I've only been awake for half an hour, though. But for the first time in a long time, my two year old son didn't wake up with me, so I have some alone time before I have to put on the mom hat.

I swear, this kid has spidey senses. It doesn't matter how quiet I am, he always wakes up with me specifically. Not his father. Me.

But today that's different. I have a chance to breathe.
