Hello!!
Just gonna keep it simple:
I'm Looking for a partner or 2 willing to do a Anti-hero RP. Plenty of action, use of power and romance if it's MxF. There will be gangs, maybe even the police after our characters for their vigilantism. Powered, spliced, gifted, and enhanced beings we may run into.
I'm looking for a partner not minding at least 2 sentences to a paragraph per post. If you're interested, hit me up!

Some magic. Few can use it, but most of the players probably won't have it. Magical characters will likely believe that they are all alone.
Near future, perhaps cloning and genetic manipulation
More combat than not. The setting may be at war, and the characters will likely get involved whether or not they seek it out.
Details: Freeform, adjustable length posts, long-term RP partner preferred.
