So I've cleaned out my dashboard recently and added a couple new characters I would like to try. In addition I've noticed a lot of my rps are slowing down, or worse....going inactive. That being said I would like to take an opportunity here to address the general public of RPR with any of my current characters they wish to play with. I am not going to post any specific plot ideas now, but I can easily put one together or help to put one together with a partner once we have decided on which characters we would like to take. In addition if you have a plot idea you would like to bring to my attention and discuss which character I would take from there, I would gladly welcome that also.

Lets start with the few things I won't do.

1) Sexual content is a no go for me. If ever a situation arises I am okay with a tasteful FTB but that's as far as I go. Also considering my characters, It's rather unlikely it would reach that point anyway.

2) Romance has to make sense, I will not force it. This is also relatively unlikely as I have only one character who is even available, and she wouldn't be easy to swoo either.

3) The usual things: Godmodding, or controlling of characters that are not yours, powerplaying, or playing god and not taking a hit, are not acceptable, because really we should all know better.

4)I write lit multi para to novella depending on the situation. I don't expect you to write me a book but show some interest, try, and give me something to work with. That being said, while the length may vary, I would say one line will never give me something to work with. I welcome you to prove me wrong on that

As it states in the topic title, I am looking for Sci Fi and Fantasy genres. Certain characters of mine may work for both, but most often they are one or the other. I lean heavier to Sci Fi than to Fantasy myself, but that's just preference really.

Characters of mine: I will list these in order of who needs an rp most at top, to who needs one least at the bottom. That doesn't mean I won't accept an idea for someone on the bottom, it just means they are involved in stuff already. Anyone listed here is open to rp.

Glo - Sci Fi - His race went in hiding thousands of years ago after another species nearly wiped them all out. He believes it's time they came out of that hiding and joined the universe again.

Vee - Sci Fi/Fantasy - A genderless plant based alien with a simple language, they are either just entering space, pre-space, or otherwise unsophisticated. Vee loves to make new friends.

Vol'nza Space Station - Sci Fi - Based on the race Pix and Siira are, this station hosts 17 different characters in key positions. There is also a nearly limitless ability for creative thought in the way of new arriving aliens or shops and stalls aboard the Amble.

Pix - Sci Fi - Pix is an unusual example of her species, often doing things others of her kind wouldn't dream of. She likes money and trade, and is often escaping narrowly from her most recent score, whether it be a legal trade or not.

Avri - Fantasy - Avri is the only child known to be born from both the light and the dark, holding both powers inside of her. She is only 8, and only has used her dark abilities so far. She was trained with her swords, but hasn't reached a real battle with them yet. A demon is constantly trying to kill her. (the demon can be omitted from any rp)

Siira - Sci Fi - Siira narrowly escaped persecution at the hands of her own race, and what she did many wouldn't see as a crime. Her people, however, saw it as treason, and sentenced her to public execution. Now that she's escaped, she's trying to reunite her family, her mate from an alien race her people consider blood enemies now that they realize they're still alive, and her child an abomination which desperately needs to be destroyed.

Yria - Sci Fi - After spending more than half her life locked in the equivalent of a mental health facility, Yria eventually meets a companion in another race which quickly identifies her as a Goddess and raises her to the position of leader of their race. Happy with the new friends she has made, there is one Voldarian who she called her best friend who she would desperately like to find again.


A lot of the back stories of these characters can be flexed to meet some other RP, but they offer a stepping stone into character insight, and possible prompt ideas should anyone wish to build on them with their own characters, or races stories. Regardless, if you have any ideas or questions burning in your head, ask away!

I see you have only one character, is that who you would want to bring? Also the station has varying ways an rp can be setup around, what preferences do you have for style?

I’d be interested in both Fantasy and sci-fi. My characters are set within a multiverse that has pieces of every genre (mainly fantasy and sci-fi)

What do you mean by preference?

Just, I am not too familiar with the dice system

I'm not, myself, a big fan of blending sci fi and fantasy together. I guess I would be willing to try it depending heavily on the character I brought.

Do you have a preferred character of mine? And a character of your own you're interested in bringing?

Dice are relatively easy once you try them a few times, but I dont really use them in actual rp myself. I mean are you looking for adventure, slice of life, etc. The station is capable of a lot and usually serves as a good starting point for nearly anything, even if it ultimayely ends up somewhere else.

Looking for adventure. But wait, a character can't be in 2 RPs at the same time right?

That's completely your call....my character Siira is in 3 or 4 and so long as our rp keeps its integrity and isnt directly effected by your other rps, like retconning and the like, I dont personally care how many rps they are in. Also I cant see that being a rule anywhere anyway. I do see how some people would like to play that way though.
