For a few moments, Abelle felt like she was babysitting children. Those were some very long moments, honestly. Watching Vee get near her yet put some distance between the zombie, listening to the zombie gal, who wanted to be called Z, talk, to... "Oh lord, don--" Too late. When the vae landed on Z and she freaked out in response, the steel haired woman actually slapped her hand onto her face and slowly dragged it down.

People that had been curiously watching started to move away again, and Abelle herself just stood there with her feet firmly planted on the beach. The top sand might shake, but since it was all loose, there could be no earthquake-esque tremors. Raising a brow pointedly at Vee, she said quietly, "Did you have to do that? Z is obviously in a sensitive state." After realizing that she didn't actually know the plant creature, the woman blinked a couple of times. "Actually.. I don't think you would know that. I'm Abelle. It's very unwise to have things like that land on people, they might not take it too kindly." She just.. figured the vae were from Vee, since it looked like the plant person still had some on them, and she wasn't that dumb...

"Z, Z, calm down, let's.. let's all keep our own parts to ourselves, alright? No latching onto limbs of those who are not friends." Although addressing Z, she was talking more to the flying flower things that were on her.

This was going to get helpless if the other two didn't listen, but it was pretty comedic and she'd probably end up laughing about it later on, should the day end well.

Z calmed down quickly. "Wah! Am good! Am good! Just....voices in ear, make tingly down neck! Not expecting that!" She brushes sand off of herself, pouting. "Am sorry! Not hurt any one! Not monster!" She then notices Vee running off in terror. "Oh no! Scared other green lady! Come back green lady!" With that, Z started to run after V. There was just one tiny problem. Super strength.

Apparently Z had super strength, like really freaking strong. That included her legs. She unfortunately didn't know she had super strength, and ran so fast she kicked up dust behind her....and overtook Vee, passing her quickly. "Don't run!.

Z turned to face Vee, forgetting about physic laws, and forgetting that she was moving quite fast. Instead of stopping to face the plant alien, she stumbled, felling, flipped, and rolled many times in the dirt, cratering into the sand, getting her whole upper body stuck in said sand with only her butt and legs exposed, right up in the sky!

In a panicked fury, and fleeing for what felt like their life, Vee makes the mistaking of glancing back. What they saw was terrifying. The green alien was running so fast a cloud of dust trailed behind them. There was no question about Zombie Girls diet now, they clearly ate plant people.

"Gahhh!!" Vee screamed and turned to run faster, though it seemed futile. The sheer power of the wake Zombie Girl left behind her was enough to blast both vae out of the sky as she passed them. They buzzed wildly, falling to crash onto the sand like jets which had just been shot down. Vee was not immune to this either. When Zombie Girl ran past Vee, they stumbled as their upper half suddenly seemed to move faster than their lower. The momentum shift sent Vee straight into the sand as well, only face first, blasting a large amount of the warm white substance into the air when they hit.

By the time Vee had, in a panic, pulled themselves up to their hands and knees, looking to where zombie girl would likely be coming from, all they saw were her legs sticking out of the ground. Huffing and puffing, with a terrified look still on their face, they wondered exactly what just happened to her.

In Vee's mind it was more or less irrelevant, this was the opportunity they needed to not become whatever a burger was. Vee started to their feet. Simultaneously the vae were doing the same, pulling themselves out the position they both now found themselves in, stuck in the sand in a not dissimilar way to Zombie girl, flicking the sand off them with their wings in preparation to take flight once more.

Tyrelle had followed Vee silently, standing next to Saoirse to watch everything unfold. "Keep your energy levels in check, babe," she whispered in Saoirse's ear. "You'll fry the new nerve connections."

Saoirse nodded. Suddenly, whatever buzzing was around her flew over to the two women in front of them. "They look like...flowers? The hell kinda bugs are those?" She shook her hair out of her face. The wind from the vae's wings tousled both girls.

Too distracted to notice, Tyrelle's cover-up swept back, revealing the sleek silver and teal line twisting around her left leg and wrapping around her ankle. Saoirse was equally too engrossed in the...it looked like a zombie at this point...conversation between the woman and the newcomer. Both women watched the vae streak toward the zombie girl, then jumped when the girl launched upwards with a yell. Vee took off running and Tyrelle watched, concerned. The zombie followed, and quickly overtook Vee.

"Shall we?" Tyrelle asked, motioning to the two green individuals as they both got stuck in the sand.

"We shall."

They took off. Both girls were athletes, trained and disciplined well over their past 27 years. Tyrelle stopped by Vee, kneeling down to check on them. Saoirse, however, cautiously approached the zombie girl, waiting to see if she'll move.

Struggled and kicked, her toned green legs flailing comically. There actually wasn't a lot she could do, her strength not helping much at the moment thanks to the crushing pressure of the sand around her. For the briefest of moments, she was terrified she was going to suffocate, but after a moment of no burning sensation she figured she wasn't going to suffocate.

"HALP! AM STUCK! CAN'T MOVE ARMS!" Of course with all the sand in the way, all came out were frantic muffled noises.

So she just sort of...lay there....legs flailing. And worse yet, she couldn't quite tell, but she felt like she was starting to get a wedgie.

"Monster," Vee said in a panic, not taking their eyes off of Zombie Girl. The swung their arm out and grasped at Tyrelle's arm, grabbing it tightly once they finally locked onto it. "Eating plant," the verbal fear continued as they struggled up to their feet. They attempted a few steps back, tugging at Tyrelle's arm in an attempt to drag them along as they went. Their still attatched vae wings buzzed on and off, intermittently exchanging which one was active while the others made one quick flap every few seconds.

The crash landed vae were airborne at this point, flicking dust about as they soared quickly back towards Vee.

"We run!" Vee exclaimed, trying to drag Tyrelle off in a flee again.

Saoirse giggled quietly and went to help Z. Grabbing carefully around her waist, she pulled Z from the sand effortlessly. "Damn, you're fast," she said once they both were seated upright. "You okay?" She watched Z's expression, cautious and controlled so as not to react to the girl's appearance.

Tyrelle allowed herself to be dragged away, making sure Vee felt safe. "I'm sure it's fine," she said. "Saoirse saw her eat a bunch of burgers that are made from meat, not plants. It's okay." When they got a few more feet away, Tyrelle stopped. "Watch. If anything happens, I'll protect you."

Blinked as she was effortlessly lifted up out of the sand. "I....buaaaaaaaaaaaaagh....." There was an issue with half her face being gone. Things got stuck inside it.

As she spoke, a ton of sand gushed out of her mouth, creating a little dune at her feet. She quickly recovered, coughing a little more sand but once it stopped, she seemed find. A few scratches, but fine.

"I am Z! I am fine! Not monster! Not monster!" She huffed, looking at Vee. "Not monster! Not eat people! You people! No eat you!"

Vee stalled, still holding Tyrelle tightly with one hand. Vee launched two move vae, buzzing out of their pods on their rather quickly and taking up defensive positions in front of Vee and Tyrelle. The two that were already out arrived and also took spots in front of them, forming an almost haphazard trapezoidal formation in front of them.

"You chase, make me burger!" they shouted back at her fearfully. The vae remained with a similar fearful expression on their tiny faces, but their stance didnt show it much. They held their arms forward a bit as if they were about to fist fight someone. Certainly they weren't going to do much damage, but cut off a vae to save the Vynym was a traditional defense strategy in these situations.

"I'm glad you're okay. Any more sand in there?" She asked with a laugh and smile. Saoirse patted Z's back lightly.

Tyrelle watched the vae with interest, and just beyond, her best friend. She was laughing, but Tyrelle knew that Saoirse was good at concealing emotions, particularly fear or being uncomfortable, a skill she particularly lacked. Vee was still frightened, and Tyrelle positioned herself halfway in front of them, protective and strong. Gently, she patted Vee's hand in an attempt to comfort them. Her silver and teal ring shimmered in the sun.

With a sudden lack of maturity, Z stuck her tongue out at Vee. "Burger not made out of people! Is made out of cow! Mooo!" She attempted to push her point home by sticking two fingers by her head, mimicking cow horns. it would be hard to tell what levels of silly or cute she now possessed.

Looking at the other woman, Saoirse, she nodded. "No Sand! Feel fine. Still hungry. Want food. Want burger, hotdog. Cheese! NOT people! Not eat people! She huffed, gripping her swim suit and re adjusting it. She figured she needed to be careful. Seemed to her she was indestructible, but she doubted her suit was.

"Nice lady say pay for food, want food. Might heal face."

Vee stared at the mockery, unsure of what to make about it exactly. One thing was for sure, the silly childlike attitude they saw in Zombie Girl actually alleviated their fears somewhat. They gradually lessened their tight grip on Tyrell as they were mocked, eventually releasing it all together. Her face twisted into annoyance. They weren't positive yet Zombie girl was being truthful, but between the childish behavior and the new bodyguards, there was a bit more boldness to Vee.

"Cow!" Vee shouted at zombie girl, "You cow....I eat you!" Vee wasnt sure what a cow was, but that seemed an appropriate thing to say somehow, as they attempted to mock back using zombie girls own references.

It was then all four vae thrust their top halves forward and stuck their tongues out right back at her. After several seconds, they stood back upright, "Moo! one of them squeaked out at her. Then another one, "Moo!" The four started flying towards Zombie girl and in a moment, all four of them were mock mooing at her. They rapidly flew around her, careful to stay far enough away to avoid being grabbed, and each continued mooing at her in a high pitched squeaky voice. Intermittent giggles started in between moos after awhile, and Vee's face started to lighten up.

"Moo," Vee shouted once, a small giggle afterwards. They had no idea what Moo meant, but it sure was a fun word to say.

The girls looked at each other with curiosity, then started laughing at the two green individuals.

"What oddities!" Tyrelle said between giggles. "How did we get stuck babysitting?"

"God only knows, babe. Either way, it's fun to watch."

So far, this beach trip had been quite the adventure, but Saoirse wouldn't have it any other way, really. It looked like they were the only two real foreigners of Earth here. The Irish, with accent in addition to skin tone and red hair, did seem to stand out, but not nearly as much as these two did. Saoirse walked over to her best friend and held her hand, lending her some strength. This was going to be an eventful week, she was sure of it. Maybe they could stay longer if Tyrelle could bring back regular reports on these two to Ella.

Gasped in offense. A woman being called a cow was...well...insulting! "Am not cow!" Looking down at the top of her suit, she frowned. "Well...maybe...body look different...." She huffs, stomping one foot. Lightly of course!

"Am not cow! Am....am....woman. Lady. Person. Zombie?" She frowns and sighs. "Don't know! But am not cow! Cow is....animal. With hooves! And horns, and udder! Moo!".

With the Vae buzzing about her she flinched, swatting at them if they got too close. Lucky for the little things Z wasn't that fast.

With the vae intentionally staying back, it wasnt hard to avoid Zombie girls swats at them. 10 minutes ago it would have been frightening, but now with the shoe seemingly on the other foot, Vee was starting to have fun with this more familiar alien than the others on this planet. Coupled with Zombie Girls slow speed, the vae were quick and nimble, and seeing the slow swats, they started to move in a little closer on occasion, divebombing her with moos and giggles.

Of course that changed when she stamped her foot and said she wasnt a cow. That was probably the wrong thing to say. Instantly all the vae switched from mooing, to saying, "Cow! Cow! Cow!" with the occasional "Moo!" tossed in in between the giggles.

Vee had a big grin on their face now, thoroughly enjoying teasing the monster....or the cow, rather. With a few giggles of their own, Vee occasionally mooed at zombie girl as well.

Z growled in irritation. "Stahp!"She yelled, now trying to chase the vae and snatch them up. Fast as she could run, it was more of a straight line sort of thing. She still couldn't catch them. It resulted in Z pretty much running in a circle trying to catch the little things, telling them to stop mooing at her.

Huffing, she turns to Vee, walking up them. "You! You stop them! They your babies right? Stop it!" With all the chasing Z realized that the Vae looked a whole lot like Vee, just smaller. Her logic wasn't....that off, but not in the right direction.

"Please?"

When Vee took off and Z went after her, the beach bum didn't know what to do with them. True, she was known as a sort of peace keeper of the beach, unofficial of course, but this... Goodness. Slowly wandering over, telling anyone who asked that it was under control, it was just a couple of kids apparently. Most people who had been curious went back to their friends, trying to figure their phones out still. Those who turned them off would find that when their phones restarted, they'd be able to take photos and videos again.

Smiling slowly, Abelle just stopped a few feet from everyone. She nods to the women, Saoirse and Tyrelle, before looking at the green zombie gal and Vee. "This is highly entertaining," she said slowly. Letting out a weary sigh, she raises her voice a bit, making sure all four could hear her.

"I'm going for burgers, if you dudes wanna join me, c'mon." Mike would only keep the grill open for so long for her before he brushed her aside for real money coming in. Peering at the other two women, she raises a brow. "You two babysitting as well?" All the talk of cows was really, really making her hungry now, she was going to have to add a heaping order of onion rings to her meal.

The girls smiled at each other, still hand in hand. "Apparently," Tyrelle replied.

"Burgers sound awesome. Are you two joining us?" Saoirse asked, walking toward Abelle.

"I'm so gonna get some chipotle mayo on mine," Tyrelle said.

"What's with you and spicy crap??" Saoirse looked at her, shaking her head.

"Just because you can't handle spice, cailin ban."

Saoirse gasped. "Just cuz I'm pale! Jerk."

After a few moments of watching the green people do their thing, Abelle turns to the other women and smiles warmly at them. She tilts her head a little, and while she does notice they're holding hands, she doesn't make any comment, because it has very little to do with her in the end. Unless, of course, they wished to skip down the beach, which she might very gladly do!

"So, you two tourists here then, or are you from a beach down the way?" It's a light jest, since several beaches had some rocky shores between them and many had competitions with one another. "I'm Abelle, I'm one of the surfers in the competition today." Crossing her arms under her lack of a chest in a lazy and relaxed way, her feet are parted to show her continued laid back attitude, that broad grin on her face the cherry on top of it all.

Speaking directly to Saoirse, she says lightly, "If you wanna tan, I know of a few sunscreens you might want to try the vampires enjoy." Totally teasing, but hey, who knew there, maybe the vampires moon bathed.

"Darlin', I wish I could tan. I straight up burn," Saoirse said with a laugh. The blue in her mostly green eyes sparkled a bit. Fidgeting with the strap of her teal and black swimsuit, she glanced at Tyrelle. "We're from Ireland," she continued. "We've been living in Italy for a while now." A lavender and silver ring on her right hand briefly caught the sunlight.

"You look like you certainly know your way around here," Tyrelle said, looking at Abelle curiously. She felt more at ease one-on-one with people while Saoirse was good with crowds. She tucked an errant braid behind her ear, absently twirling the end below the leather tie.
