Imagine a collection of civilizations, older than your universe by a few orders of magnitude, as rich in magic as it is in science. A society in which gods and spirits commune with those who worship them over digital networks as often as through priests and prophets. A place where any self respecting starships has a wizard amon her crew.
This story takes place in a place unique in that fantastical society; this story takes place in my court, my shining citadel. Open to the public as a starport, place of business, worship, and discourse.
Any character is welcome to join, and converse with others, perhaps found new friendships or alliances far from their homeworld... so long as they remain polite and behave properly, else my guards become irritable. Not that such an encounter may not be an adventure in and among itself.
If anyone feels they have business in my place, either with myself, my clergy, the fleets, or others present, I would be happy to host them

Okay friends, Avitra here! So, what I'm doing here is saying "I really like casual chat RP" (despite not currently being part of any), and felt like making one with a bit of a twist.
Specialy rules:
-Try to speak semi-formally. You are in the presence of a goddess, and likely diplomats, priests, the rich and powerful, and other people of status and refinement will be loitering around as well. Lots of important business going on, and good quality food!
-If you want your character to be trying to petition Her Eminence for something, either as a person of some reputation (hero, diplomat, representative of another god etc.), or on behalf of their people. Many people come to the goddess of Ice, Crystal, Death, Law, and Starships looking for help or to establish diplomatic relations.
-If you want to cause trouble, go ahead, but know that security (and the goddess herself) will react. She enjoys some entertainment, as long as you don't escalate unreasonably, but only tolerates so much. No murders or explosives, dearies! I've listed this as no combat, because that would end VERY poorly for your character. In her domain, your soul belongs to her.
-Have fun! Remember where you are, and try to act according to that, but if its not fun, then, like, what are we doing? 0v0
-Oh, and how you show up doesn't really matter, but may be fun to describe. Starship coming to dock at the orbital platform or planetside landing pads? magical portals onto the outer terrace of the mountain-sized crystal fortress? Something else? go ahead! Just remember that any arrival will have to be just outside. No teleporting into the citadel proper, for example. Security matters.
-NO sexual themes. She is the virgin death goddess of her pantheon. If you want to do naughty things, find the Water, Life, and Pleasure goddess.
If there's enough interest (say.... three or four other people) I'll set up an IC chat. ^v^ I will only be running her and one of her warpriests, who will also be used to represent her security forces if it becomes necessary. I hope people come here and have fun!
I'd like this to be somewhat long-term, and would like things to be in paragraph and semi-literate form if possible. Part of the whole semi-formal language thing. If you one-line too much, you may be asked to leave by one of the large dragon-like fellows in nigh-invulnerable power armour due to improper conduct.
I'm kidding, but I'll ask you to please follow the writing style. '^v^

Mundane? What's that? Magic permeates every part of the setting. Almost everyone has access to strong magic.
Far future, perhaps galactic teleporters and fast terraforming
No combat. If problems arise, players may be expected to solve it without resorting to violence.
