Hunter, wrapped in a heavy cloak, walked slowly through the city landscape, rain pouring down on his head. He was sopping wet, and he was in a fine pickle to boot. A prototype clockwork dragon walked beside him. It was nearly finished, just a few little chinks in the system to work out. He stopped and stared up at the stormy sky, a thunderbolt racing across the bottom of the clouds. Hunter squinted his eyes and lifted his arm out from under his cloak, showing a gauntlet. He looked back up at the sky and extended his hand up with it, but not prior to putting his goggles on. The gauntlet extended a retractable blade, and thunder shot down, filling the power levels of the gauntlets to the brim. He retracted the blade and released all of the excess energy around him. The lights flickered and the dragon shut off. He was steaming and dry. He picked the dragon up and put it under his arm and continued to walk. He soon came across an old clocktower, and lighting thundered behind it ominously. "Meh." He says, shrugging. "Nature's way of saying 'Keep out'. Frankly, I've never been too keen on heeding warnings." Hunter said, proceeding inside. "Starting to get wet again anyways." He talked on, opening the door, causing it to creak loudly. He stepped inside and the floorboards creaked under his weight. "Hello? If anybody's here, I'm sorry to intrude, but I'm kinda sopping wet." Hunter yelled up the wooden stairwell.";

Megan stopped working on her motorcycle when she head a male voice calling from the entrance. "Who's there?!?" she called from the shadows, picking up her crowbar. Megan quickly hid her motorcycle and tools under a dusty tarp and moved towards the shadows closer to the door.
((Sorry I haven't replied. Been lazy.))
Hunter, putting down the mechanical dragon, looked up, and although surprised by the fact someone was still living in this place, he said, "Sorry about the intrusion, but I was under the impression that nobody was living here. I came inside here to get dried off." he ended, straightening himself. "What is your name?" He asked politely, curious.

"Megan." Megan said snapping her fingers and causing a flame to sprout on her fingertips, illuminating the shadows she was in. "Come in and get confortable." She added gesturing to a beat up couch, a recliner, and a mini fridge. Megan sat down in the recliner and looked at the mechanical dragon.
((STILL LAZY))
Hunter nods and says, "Thank you. I don't think I should get your furniture wet. My name's Hunter, by the way." He said, sitting down on the wooden floorboards. He noticed her looking at his dragon, and said, "i designed it. It's a prototype, but it works kind of well. It's name is Mech. I need to work out a few bugs in the system." He then looked at the flames dancing along Megan's hand. "Magic user, eh? I know a multitude of people like that as well."

Megan shrugged and turned on a light, extinguishing her flaming hand in the process. "Want a drink?" she asked opening the mini-fridge and getting a sprite out for herself.
"No thank you. Again, sorry to intrude like this, but this was the only shelter in sight." Hunter says, looking down at the dragon, fiddling with various mechanations of it. He looks back up to Megan and says, why are you living here, anyway?"
Megan smiled. "Let me turn the lights on and show you." She said getting up and flicking a master switch on the wall. The building lit up instantly, showing every piece of machinery and every tool. "Nice work place." She said with a wink. There were beautiful stained glass windows and the balcony looked clean and tidy. "Not bad ay?" She added.
