In this world, there is the Jager's, and the Cold's. The Cold's are humans with abilities far beyond a normal person, but with these powers there are reprucutions. Each Cold's powers are different as well as the reprucutions. Jagers are humans hunting Cold's down. The UN have all agreed to Jager Human Alliance (JHA), and to kill them off and test them.
Satsu (My OC) has the ability to control his blood. His powers downside will be shown in the rp.
