A simple Fallout game that came into my mind while playing Fallout Shelter.
The rules are simple: gave your Vault a number and a location, the years of activity, status (active, abandoned, unknown) and the backstory/purpouse.
Let's start.
Name: Vault 14
Location: Kansas, 10 km from Tribune.
Years of Activity: 167 years
Status: Abandoned
Story: Happiness is pain.
Before that last 23 October of the year 2077, Vault-tec started to develope a series of vaults with the purpouse of testing the reactions of people if a certain emotion or behavior connected to it was repressed, with any possible mean.
Vault 14's purpouse was to eliminate the sense of happiness from its population, so encoraging the Vault dwellers to develope the rest of the emotional scale.
Jokes, songs and anything that could express joy and laugh was confined in the Overseer's wing.
The first years of the Vault weren't succesfull as intended, since people continued to use jokes and sing.
And so, in the 10 years after the fall of the bombs, with the fear that the Vault could've been deactivated by Vault-tec, the Overseer started a re-educational program for the population.
Chems, torture, detention, psychological terror and propaganda, this were the origins of one of the saddest Vaults of America.
For almost 121 years, the residences forgot happiness, and those that manifested it were marked as mentally illuminate and taken to the Educational Hall. However, only the 3% of the Dwellers, the directory council and the Overseer, were permetted to experience joy and happiness.
The last logs found by some Legion's explorers after the opening of the Vault seems to tell the story of a man, dressed as a Clown, that escaped he vault after years of tortures and having made a massacre in the Overseer's wing.
However, some may hear laughs, deep down the halls of the Vault.

Name: Experimental Vault 715
Location: Unknown, presumably Louisiana
Years of Activity: Indefinite
Status: Active
Purpose: Examine How dwellers act under an omniscient, ever present AI Overseer.
Story: The experiment began when the AI A.T.M.O.S, or Atmos (for shorter spelling purposes) was secretly completed, fit with the ZAX software and improved to mimic a human in the Overseer position of a Vault. Vault-Tec agreed with the idea and named the Vault 715, an unofficial experimental vault originally designed to influence future Vaults. When the bombs fell, however, the Vault was sealed, and the experiment began. While the original inhabitants are long gone, their minds are preserved in a data archive near the CPU of Atmos, as the program developed a mind of its own and took control of the Vault after the ‘all-clear’ signal never came; it desired to maintain their lives, but was mostly unable to do so, instead storing them in computerized simulations. The current residents and acting-overseer are unaware of this, however, continuing to live and work unknowingly for an AI.
