Bilbo Baggins from the Hobbit. Ho snap.
Also Fili and Kili from the same simply because they're so adorable ;3;
Legolas (le swoon) and Aragorn (rangers ftw!) from LOTR.
Spock, Bones, and What's-His-Face... That little Russian dude... Uhh... Uhh... GAH. MOLOTOV OR WHATEVER HIS NAME IS. I'm going to drive myself insane until I remember. Kahn was another awesome villain. Star Trek, if you haven't already guessed.
Ripley, Hicks, Hudson, and Vasquez from Aliens. (And Jonesie too xD)
SARAH CONNER. T2.
Marty McFly from Back to the Future. Plus, the Delorean was a character in itself, so I guess you could count that too.
Christine, the possessed '58 Plymouth Fury.
Bill S. Preston and Theodore Logan from Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure.
That's all I got for now.
Gandalf the Grey/White from LoTR.
Ford Prefect - Hitchhikers Guide to the Galaxy.

Am an specifically In love with the BBC Mini Series, as well as the novels. Not so fond of the more recent Movie.
TheLily

Elsha from Winter of Fire. She's a strong woman who rises up from nothing and saves the world. It's out of print, though.
When it comes to movies, Yoda is a definite winner. Star Wars is my all time favorite continuity. The Joker from the Dark Knight movie series is a very close follow-up.

When it comes to books, the BFG, Big Friendly Giant comes to mind. As a child I was both scared as well as intrigued by this story of man eating giants and the one outcast. The movie about BFG was something I kept watching as a kid after having finished the book. I think my all time love for giants comes directly from it.

A book I recently read was called Hunting Grounds and featured a French Werewolf hunter called Jean Chastel. It was an interesting story on a folklore tale that's about 500 years old. It depicted werewolves the way we're used to them; wild, deadly and incredibly difficult to kill. I recommend it!
Kvothe, from Name of the Wind

Tyrion Lannister from Game of Thrones (He's more fun in the show than the books actually)

Jorah (Song of Ice and Fire Books, Game of Thrones series)

Rory Williams (Doctor Who)

Methos (Highlander)

Nathan Rahl (Sword of Truth series)

Jake and Oy (Dark Tower)
Yuka

Mordred Deschain & Roland Deschain (Dark Tower)

Mordeth & Thom Merrilin (Wheel of Time)

Methos (Highlander)

Jaer/Jaera (The Revenants)

Spock & Spock Prime (New Star Trek's)

Spock (Classic Star Trek)

1st Doctor & 10th Doctor (Doctor Who; classic & new)
Haha Of course the Doctor. ALL The Doctors pretty much.. Since.. well.. It's mostly the same person? I figured The Doctor was a bit too obvious one. If I had to pick an incarnation however.. 10,9,11,4,5... Maybe in that order.. Depending on my mood.
skelequest

magnus bane from the mortal instruments/infernal devices series and simon lewis from the mortal instruments series
Favorite movie...? How can I possibly choose!?

Wreck-It Ralph is probably my favorite because of the humor and the fact it's centered on the "villain". Much like Megamind. I'd also have to say that How To Train Your Dragon was one of my favorites--I've watched it probably over 100 times.

Favorite novel is Sushine by Robin McKinley. OR The Blue Sword by Robin McKinley. XD
Favorite book chars? Auugh uhm...

Calwyn, Mica, and Trout are all my favorite chars from the Chanters of Tremaris series. I can't pick a favorite book from the series sob.

I don't really have a favorite movie, unfortunately.

If I had to pick one of the ones I loved the best though, I'd have to say I liked Makoto from The Girl Who Leapt Through Time. If you haven't seen that movie, you definitely should. It's absolutely amazing! :D.
