You guys know about cat/wolf girls, right? They're incredibly popular in anime and unless you stick to realistic roleplay, you've probably come across a few neko-type characters. Some people don't have a very positive opinion of them because they're cliche or stereotypical, but I personally love the concept. They're fun to play with and I usually enjoy the company of the sorts of people playing them.
Despite this, I have never made a neko type character.
Now, after a decade of roleplaying all kinds of aliens, mythological creatures, and other not-quite-human characters; I think it's about time I try a classic! I want to make a girl with some fuzzy wolf ears and an equally fuzzy wolf tail. It sounds fun. Plus, I really need a simple character to balance out my collection of weirdos.
How do you guys feel about cliches? Are there any you love and want to try?

Well, Mersoth is an evil dragon with a lust for treasure, but while his complexity goes deeper than that, he is my closest character to a cliche as I can get; I love making something original, I can’t deny it.
i like well-written, evil men in high positions. there are plenty, male ocs with power that are devil-esque and have voracious appetites. 'bad, bad men', so to speak, rich in taste and flush with money, luxury embodied.
i love a lounging, darksuited man. they don't get old for me.

Well I like writing people who can use what they have at their disposal, sometimes they are underdogs , sometimes they are members of one of the strongest races.
That doesn't change the fact they are enjoyable to write.
I also have bias for OP characters which can be challange to write. Although they're not flawless, as they often have to train for their power.

Alpha males and antiheros
I love making character's that have a high status in the military, whether they climbed their way there or they were born into a noble family.
