So what's the riddle? Oh my gosh I'm so confused.
The clues are all at the top of this topic, and you just unlocked the last one.
If you think you have an answer, approach the obelisk and click on the symbol shown above (turtle). You'll be able to type in a potential answer, if there are no monsters blocking your way.

So if there are monsters, do I gotta team up with someone to defeat it?

Yes, usually several someones as the monsters get harder. You can check in this topic for hunting parties: https://www.rprepository.com/community/forumthread.php?t=69156
I'm 75% sure this one is related to the Discworld series. In Discworld, the world sits on the back of a turtle. The city that spans the river is probably Ankh-Morpork. So, the first clue implies that this is gonna be relevant to someone who is a legend in Ankh-Morpork. That being said ... I regrettably don't know a whole lot about the Discworld universe!
Cherry_Red: Yes! The monsters recover health every 5 minutes unless they're defeated, so usually the only way to beat them is to coordinate your efforts with other players.

The link to "approach the oblisk" was very helpful, because before that, I hadn't a clue where you go to type in an answer if you have one.
That being said, I don't have one! Lol

OMG where does Kim come up with these things? LOL!

There's a new menu option called "Event." From the dropdown, select "Main Plot" and it will take you to the obelisks ... unless there are monsters in the way! If you click the Event link instead, it will take you to an overview page, and there's a "Labyrinth" link in the sidebar which will also take you there.
I feel like the fact that Smell is capitalized is important...

In my opinion smell should be 'SMELL'

That's helpful, thanks
It's 100% Discworld. The "Smell" refers to Foul Ole Ron, a beggar in Ankh Morpork who's smell is said to be so bad and potent that it has a life of its own and wanders around the city ahead of him, attending the opera is specifically mentioned.
I thiiiiiiink it's Gaspode
Gaspode the talking wonder dog, who starts hanging around with Ron and translating for him, because no one can understand Ron, and no one believes that a dog can talk, so he pretends to be Ron talking.

It might be death from Discworld, because he has a fascination with pink? I dunno
Is Death a character from Discworld? Maybe that's the answer to that clue?
II was wrong! It is not "Gaspode" or "Gaspode the Wonder Dog"
Death is indeed a character.
Death is indeed a character.
Hmmm. Well I dunno what I'm doing, but I approached the obelisk and tried entering Death for the answer. The little square shook and nothing happened. Then I tried Gaspode and Gapsode (couldn't remember how you spelled it) and I got a circle hourglass thingy. So...I...dunno.
